Refund policy
Last updated 15 October 2026d.AI is sold as a monthly subscription, and from time to time as a yearly subscription or a lifetime membership. The rules differ by plan, so find yours below. In every case you cancel from the link in your billing email, or by emailing us at support@d.mba.
Monthly subscription
Cancel any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not refund the unused part of the current month. If you cancel mid month, your access continues to the end of that month and no further charges are made.
Yearly subscription
A yearly subscription is a commitment for the full year, in exchange for its lower price. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops the renewal for the following year. Your access continues to the end of the year you have already paid for. We do not refund the unused part of a year, and a yearly subscription cannot be converted to a monthly one before it ends.
Lifetime membership
A lifetime membership gives you access to d.AI for as long as we run it, with no further payments. There is nothing to cancel and no refund for changing your mind after the statutory period below. We commit to running d.AI for at least 12 months from the date of your purchase. If we stop running d.AI before those 12 months are over, we refund you the unused part of that period, calculated pro rata by month. If we stop after the 12 months, no refund is due.
Billing errors and faulty service
If you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge, a failed cancellation or a bug on our side, email support@d.mba within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it.
Statutory rights
If you live in the EU or UK and you bought as a consumer, you have a 14 day statutory right of withdrawal from the start of any plan, including yearly and lifetime. The membership gives you immediate access to digital content (the current brief and the community), so by purchasing you agree that the service begins immediately and that the 14 day right of withdrawal no longer applies once you have registered an account in the d.AI community. If you have not yet accessed any content, you can request a full refund within 14 days at the email above.
Founding price
A refund or a cancellation ends your subscription. If you joined at the founding price and later rejoin, the price shown on the join page at that time applies.
